SPECIAL FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS:When a tenant is ready to move, they often do not want to take older I.T. and facilities equipment with them. Sorting out who is responsible for clearing out the space can take some negotiation.
Quantum Technology can help by reviewing an inventory list or even making site visit to determine both the value of the equipment and the costs of removal. We will both purchase the equipment and do the removal. Where a demolition company will most certainly charge to remove the equipment, our company can actually generate revenue for either the tenant or for you, the property manager. Call Quantum Technology when such a situation arises. A conversation with one of our representatives will shed light on the process and get you the answers you need to make the right decisions. |
